The Head of State remarked to his audience when delivering his speech that “taking a loan is an easy task, but why repaying back becomes an uphill task like a funeral”. However, he said if this money will be attained, he is sure that it will help to invest in an investment of other industries and this might prevent army soldiers from begging. The head of state being a commander in chief of the armed forces, he ordered the security agents including the army officer to launch a man-hunt to whoever will fail to repay the debt within the said timeframe. He noted that, his government will continue remembering soldiers and has asked them to be patriotic to safeguard the country. However, he has also asked the Chief of Defense Forces General Venance Mabeyo to bring to him names of retired army officer to benefit with further presidential appointments if chances will continue be available especially to lead various Boards in the country. He appreciated the investment made for the water industry by the army and noted that it will provide employment and increase revenues to the government. On various challenges facing the army he will continue solving them one after the other according to how they will be addressed to him.
